Order #70371 You sent me the wrong personalization. I was promised a refund over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Please advise.

Was not personalized as requested. Did not have my dads name on it. Sent an email asking for the name on the mug and never got a response. Was sent very late, and when reaching out to track the mug it took over two weeks to get a response. Very disappointed in this service. Actually probably the worst service I have ever encountered.

I made a purchase with ample time for it to be delivered for Father’s Day as a gift. The website gave me an estimated time frame, not listing any reasons for delays. Still with the estimate there was an additional two weeks in case an unexpected delay Occurred that it would still arrive in time for Fathers Day. I paid full shipping costs as expected. The item did not ship when the website predicted. I gave it another full 7 days and at that point reached out to the company for an update. I was told that the item was delayed because of covid and to be patient. I was told it was on the production line and would ship soon. At this point I realized it would not arrive in time for a gift. I explained to the company that the website did not show any reason for a delay because of covid and that I would not have purchased this personalized fathers day item if it was forthcoming on the website but that instead it promised my gift in time. I was offered a small percentage discount on another purchase as an apology from the company. This, however, is no help to me as a customer but rather would be a benefit to the company! At no point was I offered a refund in my 5 business day shipping costs. Weeks passed (fathers day came and went) and I inquired with the company again about my purchase. Once AGAIN I was given a generic response, that it’s in production and will ship soon. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in this company. The product arrived months after it should have. The only updates that were given were useless and I had to inquire to receive them. I would never purchase from them again. Interestly, AFTER my complaint to them about the dishonest shipping info given on their site at the time of my purchase the company decided to put a disclaimer for future clients that they may have a delay in receiving their product. You are welcome.
