“Terrible experiences. Item was submitted and paid on 15Nov. It took 1 week for them to email and rectify the issue. Another week to send more production and delivery . Yet until today item is still “in transit” under fedex. Called to check updates but customer service mentioned couldn’t do anything but to contact fedex personally. Took the trouble and made several calls to fedex to no updates. Such disappointment. Had to go through so much trouble to get w gift, I Wouldn’t order from this website anymore. Surprise to find that there still good review on this, as the item never even arrived after 20days. I am still waiting and God’s knows till when...”
