“My order didn’t come personalized. I emailed about it it took approx 6 days to get a response, which stated they were sorry but no real solution. I’m Very disappointed in the whole experience. Mistakes happen but it shouldn’t take 6 days to get the first real response. It shouldn’t take weeks to rectify the situation, in my opinion. At this point I’m cutting my losses. I won’t shop here again.”
