Hi Mary Ann. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Supposedly this should have been fulfilled a couple of weeks back but we ran out of stock of this item. We were supposed to be getting a new batch of shipments but due to COVID-19 most of our containers have not yet been cleared by US Customs.

“After weeks waiting for a shipping confirmation, I reached out to this company via FB messenger. I was told good news your order is in production and will be shipped soon. Shortly after that I got an email with a tracking number. 3 weeks passed and still nothing. I again contacted the company regarding the fact that this had been “shipped” for 3 weeks now and that I wanted a reimbursement. Not 15 minutes later I received an email from them stating that they were refunding me because the item I ordered was out of stock and they could not fulfill it. I will NEVER purchase from this company or recommend it to anyone.”
