“Paid 10 dollars to have it shipped in 1 business day on the third day I contacted customer support asking why my package hasn't shipped yet. They said they didnt receive the order on their system until the day after I had placed it and shipped it the next day on the third day. Great product terrible shipping.”
“They didn’t even ship my item for a week after I paid 9.99 for rush order processing, that ships in 24 hours and I called them to say I was moving 10 hours away and needed it by the following Wednesday she told me it would be there that Tuesday and I took an extra week to arrive!! Ridiculous”
