“Dear Sirs,
I am a repeat customer. I have ordered with you before and been pleased. However, this year I am disappointed and dismayed. I ordered these items on November 28, 2022. They barely arrived in time for Christmas and to my horror there was one of my items prepared and delivered completely UNacceptable. I ordered a photo ornament for my soon to be daughter in law that I was anticipating her opening expecting this gift to be a cherished memory for years to come. This photo on the ornament had the hole punched right through her face!!! Imagine the shock she must have experienced when seeing that headless picture as her gift from me! I have no words to describe how terrible I felt. She asked me if the preview showed this and I assured her it did not. This was an unnecessary mistake your company made and could have had detrimental relational repercussions. Do you not have any quality controls in place??
I expect you to advise on how you would like to rectify this issue. Either reprint this ornament properly and expedite shipping or refund me immediately. I will wait expectantly to hear back from you.
