“Love the personalized cutting boards, have ordered 2 as wedding gifts however, i added the Easels to both orders and both times the Easels were not delivered! I emailed this company to let them know of the 2 missing Easels and no response!!!”
“The cutting board is nice, it is just what I wanted. But the shipping time was absolutely ridiculous. It took 3 months for me to receive my order. Then, when I messaged customer service, they would not respond until I sent them 3 messages wanting an update on my order. I sent a message after I received the packages and never got a response. Very disappointed with their customer service. It is a shame because I love their products.”
