“The cutting board had a split in the wood, through the personalized name. It was received several weeks after ordered, and didn't arrive in time for Christmas. I emailed the company and still haven't received a response after 5 days.”
“My only issue was I ordered 2 stands for the cutting boards since end of November. I received the cutting boards end of December and until today 01/07/22 I haven’t received the 2 stands for my friend’s birthday. I contacted the company and they were vague about the approximate delivery date. The next time I purchase, I will order 6 months in advance.”
“The boards are beautiful and the recipients love them. The reason for the low review is the customer service. I had a broken board in my order, emailed customer service and have heard nothing back. I just want the board replaced, as this was a gift!”
