I was happy with the product, my only complaint is I think the engraving should have been thicker & darker

Placed order in dec 3 Website claimed it would ship 3-5 bus days. Received it 25 days later. Company did not creat an airbill until after I threatened to cxl order. Never received cutting board rack

they lost my package and was unable to give me a refund even though i had prof that it was never delivered and it took days for the seller to even respond to my email. very upsetting

This purchase was a gift and the person loved it! The inscription looked just like the online mock-up. I am so pleased I found this online shop and ordered another gift for my sin that I’m hoping turns out just as nice as the cutting board! Great price point too!

Quality of the product was good. Shipping estimate was missed by two weeks so we got our order after Christmas so that was a bummer. Leave yourself plenty of extra time if you order personalized products.

I have not received my orders, nor have I received any response to my emails. I do NOT like to write bad reviews, but I feel this may be the only way I get a response from company. Nov 26- made large order #131413 for Christmas gifts ($448.23) Nov 29- made second order #132614 for Christmas gifts ($448.23) Website states orders built in 5-7 days, shipping 2-8 days. Dec 9- both orders shipped (Late) Dec 20- I sent email due to not receiving my order. Dec 24- sent 2nd email Dec 26- asked to write review- so I sent a 3rd email instead. No response from ANY email other then we will get back to you in 24 hrs.. no response! Jan 3- still no deliveries or contact. I understand that shipping problems are out of company’s control. But only the shipper can contact the shipping company to inquire. Was I package sent priority? Was there a guarantee delivery date? Will I get a refund for my shipping costs? I paid $110.82 + $53.34 worth of shipping. I expect at that price my order would be shipped priority with a guarantee, and I feel that at the very least I should receive a email from the company to let me know that they have looked into my shipment, and I should receive a refund of shipping costs. I am very reasonable, and if I had received a response from company I wouldn’t of taken the time to write this bad review.
