Website states orders built in 5-7 days, shipping 2-8 days.
Dec 9- both orders shipped

Dec 20- I sent email due to not receiving my order.
Dec 24- sent 2nd email
Dec 26- asked to write review- so I sent a 3rd email instead.
No response from ANY email other then we will get back to you in 24 hrs.. no response!
Jan 3- still no deliveries or contact.
I understand that shipping problems are out of company’s control. But only the shipper can contact the shipping company to inquire. Was I package sent priority? Was there a guarantee delivery date? Will I get a refund for my shipping costs?
I paid $110.82 + $53.34 worth of shipping. I expect at that price my order would be shipped priority with a guarantee, and I feel that at the very least I should receive a email from the company to let me know that they have looked into my shipment, and I should receive a refund of shipping costs.
I am very reasonable, and if I had received a response from company I wouldn’t of taken the time to write this bad review.”
