“They are very nice and very attractive boards. The only issues is, I emailed stating that one of the boards was broken upon arrival and have not heard a response back. Very disappointed with the customer service. Also, I purchased all rounded edges and 1/2 of the order was rounded, the other 1/2 was square. They were both equally attractive so that was not a huge issue but the broken board is very upsetting. Not that it broke but no one returned by email to have replaced.”
“The boards were beautiful but the timeline they list is inaccurate. I ordered my gifts in November so that I could have them by Dec 17th to give to staff for presents. They did not arrive in time. I put pictures of them in gift bags and they will receive them once we return from holiday break. ZERO customer service. No phone number to call. I received one auto response from email that someone would contact me within 24 hours, NEVER got a response and on Facebook Messenger, the icon showed my message was read and no response there. Be aware of this when you order.I would order from the company again, but would give more than 6 weeks to get the item.”

Then when I emailed you didn't get a response for several days so I emailed again and got response of no need to email us multiple times.Been 3 weeks still no response and no easel! Could understand if it was out of stock or lost in shipping but no response.”
