“I ordered 4 boards. 3 (6x8) and an 11x14, I love them all. I gave them as gifts and everyone loved them. I also ordered 1 easel and 3 oils. The first board engraved with I IdDeen arrived alone and placed in my mailbox. I later found out that the easel and oil were shipped with the 1st board "I Id Deen", which must have been in a separate box. #128343 is the order number. I was not aware they would arrive in separate boxes, the second box may have been delivered to another address. People are not honest.”
“The cutting board is very nice but was poorly packaged. It came in an envelope and I would have preferred to have a box. Also, I didn’t receive the easel despite paying for it and emailing your company on December 18th”
