“The the printing on the board had a wide band of light tone all the way from left to right. This was NOT due to variations in the wood. I don't know why someone would ship the item looking like it did. Fortunately, the seller agreed to send a replacement. A little quality inspection would have prevented this from happening”

“I was very disappointed in the product. I attempted to email customer service, but the email just kept bouncing back and I got annoyed. It was a shower gift and I went out and purchased something else because I would not give that product to newlyweds. I had requested what are my options for a refund, but as I say your email kept bouncing back as nondeliverable”

Apologies that you didn’t like the board you received. Because we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.
