“I bought this for a friend's housewarming gift. Although it was listed on the website, the delivery time was not satisfactory. It took over 3 weeks to get my order. I will say that at least the customer service rep I emailed replied in a timely fashion. I finally received the product today. The quality of the product is mediocre. While I understand that natural materials can have imperfections, it didn't help that there was a dark spot of wood directly in the middle of the board. I don't think I would order from here again. There are just too many other companies that do the same thing and the delivery would probably be quicker.”
