“The product was nice but customer service sucks. I emailed called and only got one response of an email asking me what my order number was. I then responded with my order number and never heard anything back. I was unable to track my order or get any feedback on when it would be delivered I finally received it last week”

It was mailed out on the 13th then it finally got to Atlanta on the 18th which is like an hour and a half away from us and it never came! It was two days before time and I just called for a refund. I was highly disappointed that it didn’t arrive on time because I love giving personalized gifts. So I won’t be ordering again!”

I believe it got lost in the mail, but no one would respond to me so I have no idea what actually happened with my cutting board. Very disappointed and will not order again.”
