“I gave this a one star due to the fact that I received a broken cutting board. I sent numerous emails and called a dozen times leaving over a half a dozen messages with no response. I called one time on a number that wasn't attached to my account, didn't leave a message and 5 days later someone called on the number that wasn't attached to my order to ask if I needed help placing a new order. I never got a response on a single emails or message in response to my original order. Once I finally talked to someone she said they would make a new one but that it wouldn't come in time for Christmas due to the order in which they were processing orders. She said they were fulfilling the oldest orders first, which I thought would mean that my remake would get done faster, but that was not the fact. She said a remake is a new order and that I would have to wait my turn in the production line. Although the item engraving is nice the QC on finished products is not satisfactory. All in all I will have to give someone a broken gift for Christmas while we wait for the replacement. That's sad!”
