“I ordered 4 cutting boards for Christmas gifts. It took over 4 weeks to receive them, which is far longer than what is expected by what is listed. I will say the boards were very nice but I did get past the date of the gift exchange which was upsetting.”
“I only received my part of my order the small cutting board… I have not yet received the larger cutting board or the decanter set… It is difficult to contact anyone in this company as there is no phone number. I was finally able to “chat with Raymond “ on December 2. He assured me my other items would ship out but have not received any message or tracking # yet… I am very dissatisfied with this since I paid the extra money to get my order sooner.”
“Really pretty but the engraving could be darker. Definitely cannot be used due to all the intricate carving. It will be really hard get that cleaned. Wish it was bigger.”
Because we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.
