“These cutting boards would have been cute but they were all thrown into one bubble mailer together with now additional padding or even paper or plastic wrapped around them to protect them. They arrived with chips missing off the sides and one has a defect where they drilled the hole out it has an extra notch in a weird place. Obviously not check before being sent out. I reached out to their customer service, received a response asking for pictures which I had already attached. Then never heard another word back. They also claim to ship within 3-5 business days but it was 11 days before they even shipped my items. Terrible quality and customer service.”

In spots, the board is rough and unfinished and is splintered in the top left corner. This was for a gift, ordered a few weeks ago, no time to wait for replacement, very disappointed.”
