“You were very helpful and did not hesitate to make another serving board in a timely manner but most importantly the second board was as bad as the first. Whoever is making these projects does not have a quality control department or I wouldn’t be giving you a bad rating. And more importantly I was given one of your boards as a gift and am very pleased with it. I’m sorry you did not create a great product for me to give as a gift.
