“My first order in December had some issues and the company never reached out to clarify those. In January I had to check on my order to find out their was a problem. Communication via email was a bit rough. My outbox showed an email was sent, the company said they never received my updated info. Had to send it 2 or 3 times before order was filled. I liked the product enough that I ordered additional sets. Second order only contained one trivet each of my styles, instead of 2 each. Now I am back to sending more emails to complete my order properly again...ugh!”
