“I ordered 2 cutting boards. I received them but one was broken. The one that is fine is absolutely beautiful. It’s for a gift and it’s perfect. Unfortunately the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the 2nd cutting board I ordered arrived broken in half. I tried calling several times but it says the line is always busy. So I emailed them with a picture included. After about a week and forwarding the same email several times they responded and asked me for a picture. Not sure how they didn’t see the first picture in the email I sent. I than sent a new email with just the picture. It’s been over a week and I have not heard back so I resent the email with the picture of the damaged board several more times. But unfortunately I have not heard back or been able to speak to anyone. Their boards are beautiful but their customer service is not the best. I just want a new board or my money back. I hope I can get through to them or speak to someone at some point.”

Maybe a little small for grill items though -but really nice for a charcuterie!!”
