“I ordered this pillow and case as a gift.. as soon as I saw the look of it I was excited and ordered another one immediately as another gift.. with the first pillow case ( already received).. I tried to zip the pillow case up.. with company purchased pillow…the zipper split open off track.. immediately and did not function properly.. the order for the second still had yet to ship past the time .. of its advised .. when I reached out.. I immediately got a tracking number but no response. Terrible. Now I’m lacking a Christmas gift.. absolutely awful!”
