“I think the product was fine (i sent as a gift and haven’t seen it in person yet), but didn’t come with the pillow insert. I’ve called/emailed no less than 6 times and no response and can’t get thru to a live person. I guess I’ll find the rest of the product elsewhere and never order from here again. So disappointed!”
