“I ordered two personalized pillowcases and two pillow inserts. Order took a lot longer to ship then stated on site and shipping took about a week to receive. When I got my order one day before Christmas I was missing both inserts. I only received the pillow cases. The pillow cases looked ok, but there was some bleed through from the printing. The backs of the pillows had a faint bleed from the front. I then emailed and called and only got an automated email reply a few days later telling me to email again or call. When I finally got someone on the phone I was able to get my refund a few days after my call. Would not use this company again. Had half a gift for Christmas and had to run around to find pillow inserts after Christmas and bring them to my friends.”
