“Sketch pad looks nice but name was spelled wrong and in a strange font. The product took a long time to arrive, so there is not time to replace it before the birthday.”

“Very disappointed with the lack of quality control. The two sketchbooks I had ordered for my grand-daughters were nothing like the on-line photo. The names on both sketchbooks appeared smudged and blurry. Not happy that no one took the time to review before shipping the order.”
