“Sorry but the Customer service is poor so I can not recommend. I ordered in November for Christmas. This item was cancelled by Jasper, the service rep. I had to "reorder" and pay 6.98 to ship this item. And it arrived after Christmas. In addition, when I called to report the missing item, this company blocked my phone number- stating closed for the day. Able to call through on my cell phone without a problem.”

“Several of the sketch pads had pouches for the colored pencils that were not completely sealed. I just put a piece of packing tape on the damaged ones and they worked just fine. The seals need to be a good bit stronger so the pencils do not fall out.”
