- wood is rough, dry, unpolished, light, and likely will splinter or crack
- metal tools are stiff and difficult to pull in and out. Force required to open and close the knife may lead to cutting your hand by accident
Engraving quality is good but the wood quality and color is poor/dark so the black engraved letters do not stand out”

“I payed for fed ex over night shipping and it took over two weeks to receive my knife. I also payed for 48 hour processing and it took over 2 weeks to receive my knife. I would not buy from this place again the 48 hour processing and fed ex over night is a total gimmick. I even emailed the company for the 38.00 fee overnight and the 14.99 48 hour processing fee and no one ever emailed me back. Like I said I would never buy another gift from them again.
If you get a gift from here definitely don't pay for any extra fees to get your gift to you early it's a lie.”
“Horrible Customer Service
I ordered 13 custom knives for all of my male employees for a fathers day luncheon. Each had their name on it. I wrapped them all last week and realized they only sent me 12 and were missing one of the custom engraved knives. I emailed them on June 12th that I needed them to overnight me the missing knife. They did not get back to me until the 15th and asked me to take a picture of the other 12 knives. I had already wrapped them so I told them I could not do that so I again ask them to overnight me the missing knife. They have not replied to me again. So one of my employees will not get their knife.
Horrible Horrible for a company to have such bad customer service. Plus They make you pay an extra fee for a "shipping guarantee" so that is obviously just a scam.
Never again will I entrust this company with my loved ones special gifts.”
I'm so sorry to hear about this. We have received your concern, however, it looks like the one you are referring to (Henriks) was not included in the personalization on file.
What could we do is to have a refund of 1 knife and will provide a 20% voucher as well if you wish to order another one for Henriks.
