When I ordered, I failed to include the year for the "established" date, but I emailed their customer support 20 minutes later to have that added. Even though it did not ship until 6 days later, the year did not get added nor did I ever get a response.”

Just a brief overview, dynamic orders are those where a preview of your final order is shown on the website while you order it. Prior to checkout there is a disclaimer message that pops on the screen that says " I've reviewed my design. Everything is correct. ?" Once you have accepted it, a file is automatically being generated on our system which could not by any means be manually over ridden.
