“These are very fun and pretty cheap, but the writing on both boxes is inconsistent. On one box part of it is barely even showing. The quality control is not great, but for $20 bucks, I can't complain too much.”

“I had a back and forth with customer service who provided no remedy. I understand the differences in wood grains however my issue wasn’t with the grain but the fadedness of the design. Can barely read the design of the North Pole. Wondering if I’ll even bother giving it to my niece”
Hello Kimberly, We are sorry to hear that you did not find the wooden box that you received to your liking.
Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.
Just as with all wood boards we print, the "darkness of the burn" varies with the wood on the actual board. It is a natural difference in wood grain. As we run boards, we slow our machines down to try to get it darker but it still would not change its appearance.
