“My initial delivery arrived broken. The packaging was extremely poor for the first and second delivery. Custom name on item does not look like good quality; appears like it will slowly come off.”
“One of the three items in my set were correct.. the decanter was spelled correctly (Nieminski). The 2 glasses were spelled WRONG.. (Nieminkski) an extra K was in there. Very upset. Would like a refund or replacement. Was not sure how to go about it.”
