“Will never use this company (AGiftPersonalized.com) again. Everything from the personalization of the decanters, the quality of the decanter to the customer service was horrible.
The website customization process is outdated and not user friendly. I feel I could have etched a slate tablet and sent that in as my order and made it easier than what their online system currently allows.
I am stuck with these decanters and out 180+ dollars.
