“The product is fine. Delivery was way longer then predicted so missed my anniversary. Glass was shattered into glass powder and I cut myself opening the box on it. I can see why it broke the box was too big for the product or they needed to add paper or bubble wrap so it wouldn't clack around. Still haven't received the replacement glass.”
“I again received the package with pieces broken. Who ever packs the product leaves space in box for pieces to bounce around easily. The heavy bottle was triple wrapped in bubble wrap but glasses had one small sheet of wrap with most of bubbles deflated.
I would not store my glasses with that little protection much less ship it like that.”
“My order was significantly delayed, customer service didn’t get back to me on my inquiry and once arrived one of the whiskey glasses was already broken. No one has tried to rectify the issue yet”
