“I sent an email to customer service in regards to one of my glasses with this set was broken upon arrival and sent a picture as well. I have yet to receive any feedback!”
“I sent an email days ago to support as when I opened the package to see the gift I purchased the decanter and glasses were all broken in pieces! It was not well packaged and protected. I've ordered other gifts before and they were delivered with no problem. I wanted to give this to my man on father's day but now that it's ruined and no one has reached out about a refund or replacement. I don't think I'll be ordering again if this is not rectified.”
