“Requested to make a change shortly after submitting my order but was told it had already benn produced so I couldn’t make changes. Several days later I got a email saying that they were starting the production of my item...... somebody was lying. I email customer service and told them how dissatisfied I was, they said “ Sorry you are dissatisfied, but we are shipping your order”. It arrived, very cheap looking decanter. Looks like it came from the dollar store and someone etched a name on it. At least I won’t be upset if it gets broken♀️”
“I got a personalized decanter set with two glasses as a gift for someone. I was worried it wouldn’t be as nice as it looks in the pictures, but it does! The gift was a hit and was instantly filled and displayed. It’s very high quality. Nice, thick glass and the personalization is beautiful. Highly recommend!”
“Communication could be improved. I received email letting me know that product was in production and would be advised when shipped. After several weeks without update, I thought my money was gone. The next week, my product arrived bit it was broken. The box was damaged so I blame it on delivery service. I took pictures and sent it to customer service awaiting a new decanter. I have not heard back from them so I am just hoping that a replacement will just show up at my door.”
“It took way too long to get to my friend and when it got to him it was broken I emailed you and i have to email several times in order to get a response. I was going to order one for me but my first experience was terrible I wouldn’t recommend at all to anyone”
