“I ordered the decanter and 2 whiskey glasses on 12/2. I still have not received my order. Per the tracking, it’s been sitting in IL since the 23rd and has not moved. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.”

“It took 2 weeks for my cousin to receive his gift and when he did receive it, one of the glasses was broken. I reported all of this in an email and a phone call and even sent them a photo of the broken glass. he still has not received a replacement glass. order number #142881.
