“Came after Christmas when I ordered in more than enough time to receive it for Christmas and on top of that the decanter came broken . I emailed numerous times to no avail !”

“I've tried several times to call and email you regarding the error in the monogramming. You used the wrong letter. This item is a gift and I'm very disappointed. You have made no attempt to rectify this problem. I can not give a good review at this time”
