“I ordered for Christmas gift on 12-4-21 the website said it would take 2-10 business days, no it took until 12-21-21 to see that they had a shipping confirmation and I would receive it on the 26th of December. I finally received it on January 2, when I opened it up the decanter was missing the stopper and had chips around the top where the stopper was to go. I had emailed them about communication and never received any response. I have filed a complaint on January 2, and still received no communication from them.”
