“The decanter is fine, looks about as advertised. Giving a 3 star because I did the priority order, and the item was not created and shipped in a timely manner. It arrived an entire month after I put the order in, when the latest it said it would arrive is 8 days. Just be aware of that if you’re ordering something. I read other reviews saying something similar, but I tried it out anyways. It did not get here remotely close to my husband’s birthday. I will say the company was very good at responding to my emails. They were friendly and helpful, even though I’m sure I seemed annoyed. They even refunded what I paid for priority. Overall, the item is what I was expecting and the customer service was good. Just the amount of time the advertise it will take to make and ship is incorrect. Even the company they ship through is very slow, I had no activity for 11 days straight. I thought the package was lost.”
