“I was really disappointed by the whole process. When I ordered on December 4th I had the notification that it would be delivered before Christmas. It wasn't. When it finally arrived the quality of it wasn't as good as I expected it to be and the writing was so off centered that my boyfriend noticed. The gift was for him and I was highly embarrassed. He was sweet and said he liked it but he was obviously just trying to make me feel better. Very dissatisfied!”

We are currently seeing an influx of orders, while also needing to maintain a limited staff due to the pandemic rules. This has put our production teams behind a little. All couriers are also affected as they needed to take extra time to ensure packages are well disinfected prior to delivery
