“Set was beautiful, only complaint was the shipping. Ordered beginning of December for a Christmas present and got it December 29th. Box had a huge hole in the side, but thankfully they packaged it very well.”

“Well I love my items but one of them didn't have a top to it and I hope you can send me a top for it. It was the one with Nickeo on it. But if you can send me one I would really really appreciate it because I don't know where to find one.

“I've sent 3 e.ails I. Regards to my order. One of the glasses was broken and I'm missing the decanter topper. Other than that, the decanter is pretty and I would like to get a new glass sent. This was a gift for my parents for Christma. Please help me. I have not gotten any response back.

“The design on one of the glasses is cut off and only shows 3/4 of the design and not full name. I contacted the company twice for a replacement and have waited almost a week with no response. Also the gift did not arrive in time for Christmas even though I ordered at beginning of the month.”

“I ordered this on December 3rd and it is now January 5th and I still have not received this. I know with holidays things are backed up but I did not get tracking until I emailed to ask for it on December 19th. If I do get it, it'll be nice but we'll see.”
