“This product is absolutely beautiful— however one of my glasses came broken. I reached out to customer support .. they respond promptly to my concern say they would replace the glass and send my shipping confirmation with 24-48 but when I sent photos as requested it’s been over a week and have not got a response since.. product is gorgeous but customer service is disappointing!”
