“It didn't make it here in time for Christmas although I ordered it ahead of time and then when it did finally come, one of the glasses were broken and they will not get back to me on replacing it.”
“When it arrived and My family member opened it on Christmas the etching is missing on the C of the decanter. I need to return for one that is correct.”
