“When I placed my order it said it would arrive before Christmas. It came a week after. THEN to top all of this the decanter itself was broken in the box. Cannot get anyone on the phone to replace this . So I paid for a late damaged gift that I could not give as a gift as intended.”

“My decanter came cracked. I sent an email the next day after delivery. It's been over a week, almost two and I did not receive a response to my email. But you send me an email to review the set I purchased.”

“The decanter came without a top, so it is useless. I cannot get in touch with anyone at the company. I have called muliple times, emailed, and sent a message via FB Messenger. They do not respond and clearly don't care about their customers or the money we have spent. Very disappointed...”
