“The gift I ordered arrived late, but also incorrectly engraved and missing pieces, and I have had no success getting any response from customer service after leaving both emails as well as voice messages. I'm disappointed at both the wasted money for an unusable gift but also the lack of customer service response.”

“I received the decanter set in good condition, well packed. It looks great. It is a little smaller than I expected, but it still looks good. I was disappointed it didn’t arrive before Christmas but I understand. It did take a week longer to arrive than their longest estimation, so allow more time in peak periods.”
