“I ordered the set on Dec 16, 2022 and it is now January 3, 2023. The gift has still not arrived despite 3 emailed to customer service and a promise of expedited shipping which turned out to be DHL then USPS. Got no response from customer service when promised a full refund due to gift not arriving by Xmas. Would not recommend buying from this company.”

“Bought for my son in law, didn’t get the stopper for it, and was smaller than expected, I call the customer service number and never get to talk to anyone? Very disappointing, wouldn’t recommend”

“Tried contacting you several times. Left numerous messages via phone call and emails. You have not made any attempts to return my calls or emails. Glass came with defects. It was to be a Christmas present for my dad. Very disappointed in your product as well as your customer service. Oh wait ! You don’t have any customer service Would not recommend your company . My 85 yr old dad was very disappointed as this is what he wanted for Christmas. Rim of glass was defective with uneven bumps I guess you don’t have quality control either
