“Awful service! Ordered weeks before Christmas, paid priority processing and item still isn’t here. I was told they were running behind because of the # of orders but said they would expedite shipping to ensure I received it in time. They did not. Item didn’t ship until two days before Christmas and will not be here until a week after. Terrible service. Refusing item and filed a dispute with the bank. Don’t waste your time or money.”
