“Quality is great, however, the stopper for the decanter was not included with my order 165315. I emailed customer service on 12/15/22 and they replied a couple of days later saying another would be shipped. I replied to that email asking if I would get a tracking number but have never heard back.
Still have not received the stopper.
I had to give the gift to a colleague yesterday without it, but promised the stopper was coming seperately.
Can someone update me on this?”

“I ordered 2 sets of Decanters. They are very nice BUT they came without lids. We emailed and called customer service twice about this. We were told they would send them but as of yet they have not.”
