“I am not a happy customer! Pro curt not as described. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the product sent to me , I am requesting a full refund. One of the glasses were crushed/broken and the engraving was very small and not as shown in your advertisement, among other things! And not to mention very poor customer service!”

“I ordered this product for personalization in mid June. I received communication in late June than the product had shipped, and was provided a tracking number. When I emailed the company for a status update, I was told that there was a delay due to COVID-19. By mid-July there was no update. I finally was able to locate a phone number and called, only to be told that the product was backordered; meaning production had not even started. The representative agreed to cancel the order and refund my money. The next day I received an email from the company stating that the product was not available. Proactive communication could have saved my opinion of the company, and the order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!”
