“I ordered this for Father’s Day for my two-year-old daughter to get to her dad and it has never arrived. I have sent the tracking information that makes absolutely no sense to the company and they have yet to solve my problem they continue to tell me that it’s going to arrive and it never does. I will never ever purchased anything from this company ever again this is the worst online ordering experience I’ve ever had in my life not to mention it ruined my little girls gift!! I order it 3 weeks before Father’s Day and still sitting here waiting for an order that will probably never come!!”

“If I could give less then a half one star for this company I would, still waiting for the product after supposedly shipped a month ago blaming it on postal service when I have been ordering this whole pandemic and my packages have been getting to me just fine. Their customer service is the worst, they do not care about their customers. After about ten emails I have given up on ever getting this gift for my father for father’s day. So if this review is for product I could not tell you but if your company, do not use them!”

“The engraving looks nothing like the picture. The picture makes it look like frosted glass, but it actually appears to be carved. The glass is also super thick, unlike that's shown in the picture”
