“I purchased this same glass for my husband last year and after initially receiving the wrong item, we were very pleased with the glass. So much so, that we ordered a second one this year for Father's day. However, the glass we received was comically awful. It was more like a beaker glass than a low ball glass, the letter was super tiny and poorly etched. The bullet was different and on the wrong side. I reached out to the company and showed pictures of both and was told "sorry, due to Covid we are using various manufacturers and I can assure you it's the same quality" It's quite laughable to argue that they were the same quality as the second one wasn't even a low ball glass and looking nothing like the photo. They offered me 20% off of my next purchase which I would never use knowing that they take no responsibility for poorly manufactured products.”
