“The glass itself was really cool, but there was confusion regarding the personalization. I emailed the company prior to ordering to clarify how I should input the name on the site. I was told to input the full name on the line and that they would know to use the first initial. However, the cups arrived with the initial of the last name large and the full first and last name on the side. Unfortunately, the cups arrived too close to Christmas to be returned. ,,,”
